Mandee is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer with a strong focus on restructuring and insolvency, debt recovery and enforcement matters. She has significant experience acting for insolvency practitioners, major financial institutions, non-bank lenders, individual clients and corporate entities across various industry sectors. She advises and represents clients navigating litigation in Western Australian Courts as well as the Federal Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Mandee graduated from the University of New England with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Asian Societies). She also holds a Master of Laws (Commercial Law) and has completed the ARITA Advanced Certificate in Insolvency.
