Leith is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia and is considered a strong advocate. He has an acute focus on his clients, commerciality and best outcomes.
In addition to acting and appearing for clients as counsel in complex matters in the Supreme, District and Federal Courts in Western Australia, Leith also frequently appears in the Warden’s Court and in all jurisdictions also engages with Senior and Junior Counsel on both a sole or counsel-team basis, where required in complex commercial matters.
