Perth Insolvency Symposium: Practical considerations for Deeds of Company Arrangement

On 25 March 2026, The Piddington Society and the Restructuring and Insolvency Network of Western Australia hosted their annual Perth Insolvency Symposium where select leaders in insolvency law spoke to current issues and future trends.

Founding Director and RITP Aaron McDonald presented alongside Barrister Pip Honey and RITP Chris Pattinson on recent statistics and developments in case law regarding voluntary administration and Deeds of Company Arrangement (DOCA).
